Ropes Staff

You are required to have a basic knowledge of dynamic rope systems. (i.e. belaying) You will be responsible for carrying out Camp Grace ropes risk management protocol. This includes the Wet Zip at the activities pond, 50ft and 20 ft. climbing wall, the Big Swing and the High Ropes course. Other tasks you will be responsible for, but not exclusively are:

  • Uphold ropes safety protocol

  • Maintain all ropes areas and equipment including filling out the equipment logs

  • Complete tasks assigned by Leadership Staff

  • Encourage and teach campers at the different ropes experiences for campers

  • Organize and facilitate Ropes elective and activities
